A kind of DBD ozonizer power supply based on current source-fed parallel inductor-compensated resonant

Abstract
The current source-fed type parallel inductor-compensated load resonant power supply used in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) ozonizer was studied, which consists of a Buck chopper and a single-phase bridge inverter. In order to adjust discharge power, a current closed-loop control of the chopper working in a fixed frequency was applied, while the frequency tracking and phase-locked technology were used to ensure the inverter work in a small capacitive quasi-resonant state. In addition, the working principle of power supply was analyzed, and the principle and implement method of control system were recommended with current feedback PI controller, frequency tracking technology and design of the key circuit. The results show that the discharge power can be adjusted by regularizing the DC current of power supply effectively, the output power factor is higher than 0.98, and the system is stable and reliable.关键词
