基于PVT法的小通道气液两相流段塞流的流量测量
Flowrate measurement of gas-liquid slug flow in small channel based on PVT method

Abstract
The pressure−volume−temperature (PVT) method was introduced to implement flowrate measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow (slug flow) in small channel. The bubble velocities, temperatures and pressures of the slug flow were obtained by the photodiode sensors, temperature sensors and pressure sensors, respectively. Then the flowrate measurement of the slug flow was implemented by the PVT method. The flowrate measurement experiments were carried out in glass channel with inner diameter of 5.0 mm. The results show that the PVT method introduced for the flowrate measurement of the gas-liquid two-phase slug flow in small channel is feasible. The maximum relative error of bubble correlative velocity measurement is less than 6%, and the maximum relative error of liquid flowrate measurement is less than 10%.关键词
