Abstract
When automotive engine’s cool fans (double fans, 6 blades for each) in operation, about the 5.3th order noise peak of the rotation fundamental frequency appears. In order to find the reason of this abnormal noise, the factors such as the excitation source of the cooling fans, main transfer path etc., were comprehensively analyzed. By means of experiments, the noise was diagnosed and analyzed carefully. It is confirmed that the noise cause is the vortical noise and the distance between the fan and the radiator has a strong influence on the noise. By adjusting the distance, contribution of the vertical noise to the interior noise can be reduced.关键词
