瓜蒌皮总皂苷提取工艺优化及抑制金黄色葡萄球菌活性的研究
Optimization of extraction technology and studying on inhibiting of staphylococcus aureus activity in total saponins from trichosanthes kirilowii maxim peel
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the technology for extracting process of total saponins from Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim peel ,on the bases of the single factor experiments for methanol concentration ,solid‐liq‐uid ratio ,extracting time ,extracting temperature and Ultrasonic power ,the orthogonal experiment L9 (34 ) was designed to optimize the extracting conditions of total saponins .The results showed that the optimal technology for extracting conditions of total saponins were the concentration of methanol 50% , the ratio of solid‐liquid of 1∶20 ,the extracting time of 50 min ,the Ultrasonic power of 150 W .The se‐quence of extraction process factors is the concentration of methanol> the extracting> the ratio of solid-liquid= the Ultrasonic power .The yield of total saponins increased from 0 .739% to 0 .986% .Mean while the anti‐microbial activity was carried on the extract in vitro ,The results showed that the saponins has inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus aureus ,with the bacteriostatic ring reaching 15 3. mm .关键词
