独立学院日语人才培养存在的问题及策略
Problems and Strategies of Independent Colleges' Cultivation of Applied Specialists in Japanese
摘要
Abstract
Personnel cultivation is closely related to social demands ,so colleges and universities are re-quired to meet social demands for personnel majoring in Japanese ,improve the operation quality and adjust the cultivation objectives .The current personnel cultivation of most colleges and universities have much to improve such as their faculty ,curriculum system ,practical education and so on .In order to adjust to social demands ,they have to establish a cultivation mode based on the job market ,enhance faculty construction , improve the curriculum system ,develop the cooperation with the peers ,innovate the teaching methods and ultimately find a suitable way for independent colleges to cultivate personnel majoring in Japanese.关键词
