摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the low efficiency, low generality of aerial materiel in business process, design an aerial material business process reengineering based on informationalization. Use business process reengineering theory and method, adopts the methods of progressive reengineering and ESIA, through removing, simplifying, integrating and automating to the processes service, redesign aerial material process based on informationalization, then use qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to test effect of process reengineering. The test results show: the new method can improve 60% efficiency of aerial materiel business process reengineering, realize data sharing and information sharing and improve process efficiency.关键词
