摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to interrupt power supply to less important users when the total power supply cannot meet the overall demand.Thus,an important issue to be addressed is how to properly prioritize users” electricity use,which is the so-called orderly power utilization ranking problem.Different users have different demanding characteristics,and the most suitable data description methods for these users may be different as well.With special emphasis on peak load shifting,a hybrid multiple attribute decision-making method based on mixed-data dominance is presented to solve the problem with various types of data to be handled in the orderly power utilization ranking problem.In the proposed method,the mixed-data dominance of each electricity user under a specified index is calculated and employed to identify the comprehensive closeness degree.The comprehensive weight of each index attained by taking into account both the objective and subjective weights can be used to calculate the weighted closeness degree of each electricity user,and hence to rank the sequence for orderly power utilization. Finally,a practical example is adopted for demonstrating the feasibility and features of the proposed method.
