摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of mobile storage of electric vehicles (EVs),an EV emergency power supply model is presented through analyzing the characteristics of EV capacity.The model contains important consumer power interruption cost minimization, and EVs running, scheduling, vindicating cost minimization. In view of the random dispersion characteristics of EVs in a city,a scheme of EVs emergency power supply is designed based on the fuzzy K-means algorithm. The purpose is to improve the EV initiative in gathering ability and reduce the gathering time.The feasibility and the effectiveness of the scheme and the mode are verified through numerical examples.
