饲粮营养素对水禽腹脂沉积影响的研究
A Review of Effects of Dietary Nutrients on Abdominal Fat Deposition in Waterfowls
摘要
Abstract
Abdominal fat is the important form for energy storage in waterfowl, and abdominal fat sediment has a major effect on product quality of waterfowl.The dietary nutrients could affect blood biochemical inde-xes, regulate metabolism activity and expression level of lipase by means of the direct way and the indirect way, thus participate in abdominal fat metabolism in waterfowl.This paper reviewed the effects and mecha-nisms of dietary energy, protein, fiber and fat on abdominal fat deposition in waterfowl, in order to provide theoretical basis for nutrition regulation of waterfowl’ s abdominal fat.关键词
