包被酸化剂对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、消化道内环境及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Coated Acidifier on Growth Performance, Gastrointestinal Environments and Serum Biochemical Indices of Yellow Broilers

Abstract
The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary different doses coated acidifier on growth performance, gastrointestinal environments and serum biochemical indices of yellow broilers.Three hundred 1-day-old healthy yellow male broilers with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 4 groups with five replicates per group and 15 chicken per replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet, while the experimental groups were fed with the experimental diets added 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%coated acidifier in the basal diet, respectively.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed as follows: 1 ) the final body weight and body weight gain in 0.1%, 0.3%and 0.5%coated acidifier groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.01) .2) The breast meat percentage and thigh meat percentage in 0.3%coated a-cidifier group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), both of the pH of dodenum in 0.3%coated acidifier group and the pH of glandular stomach in 0.5%coated acidifier group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P<0.05) .The activities of trypsin and amylase in 0.3%coated acidifier group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.05) , the number of Lactobacillus was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) , the number of E.coli was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) .3) The activity of alkaline phosphatase in 0.1%coated acidifier group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) , and the urea nitrogen content was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) .The actviities of alkaline phosphatase, catalase and total antioxi dant capacity were significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.05) .In conclusion, dietary adding coated acidi fier can improve the growth performance, reduce intestinalpH, improve the activity of digestive enzymes, improve the m icroflora composition and the serum biochemical indices, and the optimal addition is 0.3%.关键词
