摘要

Abstract

Universal Display drive circuit is modeled and simulated based on PSPice. Based on the analysis of drive waveform of a variety of display devices,the requests of waveform generation function that the universal display driv⁃er circuit should have been summarized firstly,which can determine its basic components. Then,the circuit system was modeled based on PSpice. Finally,the results showed that the minimum pulse width of the drive pulse wave⁃form is 2μs,ramps up time of ramp waveform is 8μs to 1ms and the amplitude is between 15 V and 300 V by ad⁃justing the relevant parameters.The different applications of the circuit parameter adjustment can be guided by ad⁃justing the parameters of modeling and simulation.
