摘要

Abstract

In view of troublesome data processing and low efficiency of data collection in the traditional penetration process,a automatic data acquisition system with three axis high-g sensor based on FPGA has been designed,which can complete the data calculation. The main control unit is composed of XC3S400,MATLAB GUI as PC software development platform for completing data acquisition and calculating. First,voltage signals produced by sensor had been enlarged through the main amplifier chip of INA827. The signals was then sampled by A/D converter of AD7934,storing in Flash. Then,the signals were returned to the computer through the chip of FT2232C with USB to calculating the data. Experiments show that the system not only can meet real-time collecting and storage of data in the process of penetration,but complete data calculation at the same time. It improves the efficiency of calcula⁃tion in the process of penetration as integrating the collecting of data with the data calculation.
