Abstract
The concept of “Good Governance” was proposed in the book Utopia that was written by Plato, and then the concept was supplemented and revised in the Laws. Plato’s discourses of respect to law, government building, and national education constitute a more rational "Utopia" state. The author considers that the idea of “Good Governance” could cooperate with the 13th Five Year Plan to promote the modern construction of our state and to coordinate the relationship between the various interest groups. The elaborate of education can provide a reference for the institutionalization of citizens’ political participation improvement. Eventually, achieving "good governance" society environment.关键词
