血清 CA 125、VEGF、β-HCG 在异位妊娠早期诊断及药物保守治疗预后预测中的价值
Predictive value of CA125,VEGF,β-HCG in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and drug conservative treatment prognosis

Abstract
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the predictive value of antigen 125 (CA125 ),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG)in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and drug conservative treat-ment prognosis.Methods:A total of 125 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients (ectopic pregnancy group)and 120 cases of normal intrauterine pregnancy(control group)received and cured in Second people's Hospital of Longgang District of Shenzhen were se-lected.The levels of CA125,VEGF,β-HCG of the two groups were determinated by ELISA.Results:The levels of CA125, VEGF of ectopic pregnancy group were significantly higher than thouse of control group(P <0.05),while the level ofβ-HCG was lower than that of control group (P <0.05).The levels of CA125,VEGF of ectopic pregnancy group were below ineffec-tive group (P <0.05),and the level ofβ-HCG was higher than ineffective group (P <0.05).When serum CA125,VEGF andβ-HCG were under joint detection,the area under curve of ROC,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value were more than thouse of single index detection.Conclusion:Serum CA125,VEGF,β-HCG detection could be used as the evaluation index of the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and drug conservative treatment prognosis together with a variety of indicators joint detection to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which is a simple,fast detection method and worthy of promotion.关键词
