碳酸酐酶4基因在母鸡输卵管不同部位的差异表达分析

Abstract
The sperm storage tubules of chicken are located at utero-vaginal junction and infundibulum.This study was to explore the expression of CA IV in the different parts of oviduct in chicken,hoping to collect basic data for the mechanism of the avian sperm storage.According to the sequence of chicken CA IV gene,the Real-time PCR primers were designed to amplify the conserved fragment.The β-actin gene was chosen to normalize the expression level of CA IV gene.The established detection method was used to analyze the expression pattern of CA IVgene in the different parts of oviduct in chicken,including infundibulum,magnum,isthmus,uterus,utero-vagina junction and vagina.The results showed that CA IV expression was the highest in the utero-vaginal junction,and its expression was higher than that of the infundibulum(P <0.05).CA IV expression of the utero-vaginal junction and infundibu-lum was higher than that of magnum,isthmus,vagina and uterus(P <0.05).High expression of CA IV in utero-va-ginal junction and infundibulum suggested that CA IV might play an important role in avian sperm storage.关键词
