花生黑斑病菌致病毒素提取及其活性测定
Activity Analysis and Extraction of Cercospora personata Toxin
摘要
Abstract
For the purpose of expliciting pathogenic factors and pathogenic mechanism of Cercospora personata, this paper extracts toxin secreted by Cercospora personata and analyzes the biological characteristics.This paper fil-tered and optimized the produce conditions of toxin.Then the germ toxin was purified by chloroform extraction,am-monium sulfate purification and column chromatography isolation.The results showed that the activity of Cercospora personata in V8 nutrient solution which exposed to light and darkness alternatively and cultivate under static condi-tions for 20 days was the highest.Higher activity Cercospora personata toxin were obtained by extraction with equal amount of chloroform,sedimentation dialyses with 80% saturation ammonium sulfate and column chromatography purification.Preliminary analysis showed that the toxin was composed with two components.Component A was path-ogenic to peanuts while components B was not.Component A was the major components of the toxin.Furthermore the germ toxin had a certain degree of thermostability and strong polarity.关键词
