加工番茄早疫病病原菌鉴定
Identification of the Pathogens of Processing Tomato Early Blight
摘要
Abstract
To clarify the pathogens of processing tomato early blight, 46samples of processing tomato early blight were collected from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autonomous region during Jun.-Sep.2013.The pathogens were isolated from infected tissues,and their pathogenicities were confirmed.They were identified as Al-ternaria solani (Ell & Mart.) Sorauer and Alternaria alternate (Fr.) Keissler,with an isolated ratio of 2∶3,based on morphological characters and molecular methods.The rDNA-ITS sequence data of the pathogenic fungi had been submitted to GenBank (GenBank accession number:KJ696551,KJ696552 and KJ018786,KJ018787).Therefore,it confirmed that the pathogens of processing tomato early blight from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autono-mous regions were A.solani and A.alternate,and this was the first report of early blight mixed infected by A.solani and A.alternate in China.关键词
