摘要

Abstract

To clarify the pathogens of processing tomato early blight, 46samples of processing tomato early blight were collected from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autonomous region during Jun.-Sep.2013.The pathogens were isolated from infected tissues,and their pathogenicities were confirmed.They were identified as Al-ternaria solani (Ell & Mart.) Sorauer and Alternaria alternate (Fr.) Keissler,with an isolated ratio of 2∶3,based on morphological characters and molecular methods.The rDNA-ITS sequence data of the pathogenic fungi had been submitted to GenBank (GenBank accession number:KJ696551,KJ696552 and KJ018786,KJ018787).Therefore,it confirmed that the pathogens of processing tomato early blight from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autono-mous regions were A.solani and A.alternate,and this was the first report of early blight mixed infected by A.solani and A.alternate in China.
