The Advance Research of the Microbial Biohydrogenation Mechanism of Unsaturated Fatty Acid in Rumen
摘要
Abstract
The content of unsaturated fatty acid in ruminant products such as meat and milk is related to the biohydrogenation in rumen,and rumen microbe play a major role in the process of biohydrogenation.In the following sections we would provide background on the common unsaturated fatty acid in ruminant diet,the main microbe re-fer to the biohydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acid,the metabolic pathway of unsaturated fatty acid and its effect on the rumen microbe.It maybe provide a useful tool to improve the content of unsaturated fatty acid in ruminant meat and milk.关键词
