海南省海岸与海岛生物多样性保护战略与行动计划
On the Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan of the Coast and Sea Islands in Hainan Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper briefly introduced the general situation of the biodiversity of the coast and sea islands in Hainan province.It summarized the protective effects and problems of the biodiver-sity,put forward guiding ideologies,basic principles,strategic targets and protective missions of the biodiversity,and identified 8 priority protection areas as follows:(1)improving relevant poli-cies,laws and regulations of the biodiversity conservation;(2)carrying out investigation,evalua-tion and monitoring;(3)strengthening the conservation and restoration;(4)improving the man-agement of marine alien invasive species;(5)controlling pollutant sources and strengthening the comprehensive improvement of the environment in key areas;(6)developing the works of marine biodiversity in response to climate change;(7)strengthening scientific research and talents culti-vation;(8)reinforcing propaganda and education in marine biodiversity conservation and establis-hing the mechanism for public participation.关键词
