A Low Voltage Low Power Voltage Reference Circuit for Tag Chip
摘要
Abstract
Radio Frequency Identification passive tag chip needs a low voltage low power voltage reference circuit with little chip area and high PSRR .The traditional bandgap voltage reference circuit cannot fully fill the requirements .A mutual compensation of mobility and threshold voltage reference circuit is introduced .After equipped with cascade common source common gate current mirror ,the proposed voltage source circuit can work in low voltage with low power consumption ,little area and high PSRR .Simulation and test show the proposed circuit can fully fill RFID passive tag chip requirements .关键词
