672例冻融胚胎移植病人妊娠率的观察及护理对策
Observation and nursing measures of pregnancy rates of 672 cases of patients with frozen thawed embryo transfer

Abstract
Objective:To study the methods of improving pregnancy rates of frozen thawed embryo transfer (FET),and summarize the appropriate nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 672 cases received FET were collected for retrospective analysis from Jan.to Dec.2014.The embryos getting by in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation or follicle intracytoplasmic sperm injection received vitrification frozen and thawed.The patients received by the series of preparation of transplant window and luteal support post transplant.And the scientific and comprehensive nursing methods were also carried out.Results:After receiving vitrification frozen thawed,ready for transplanting window and appropriate nursing methods,the 672 cycles were thawed,and the clinical pregnancy cases of thawed recovery were 272 cases.The recovery rate of clinical pregnancy was 40.48%. Conclusion:To use the vitrification frozen and thawed,ready for transplanting window and the appropriate nurs-ing methods could improve the pregnancy rate of frozen thawed embryo transfer.关键词
