摘要

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the resistance level of wild oats to haloxyfop-R-methyl.Twenty-nine wild oat populations were collected from different oilseed rape fields in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau where haloxyfop-R-methyl had been continuously applied for years.The resistance level of wild oats to haloxyfop-R-methyl was assessed by two methods:seed bioassay and whole plant assay.The results showed that the biotypes from the collecting sites developed different levels of resistance to haloxyfop-R-methyl and the wild oats biotypes from Qingshiju,Menyuan had the highest resistance level.The resistance ratios of wild oat popula-tion to haloxyfop-R-methyl were 154.90 by whole plant assay and 76.01 by seed bioassay.Their EC50 values were 1 123.468μg/m2 and 30.114 7μg/m2 .This result demonstrated that the method of seed bioassay is con-sistent with that of the whole plant assay.
