复方中草药对闪光鲟生长及血液生化指标的影响
Effects of Chinese Medicinal Herb Compound Additives on Growth and Blood Biochemical Indicator of Acipenser stellatus

Abstract
In order to promote healthy and pollution-free sturgeon cultivation,the effects of four kinds of the Chinese medicinal herb compound additives on the growth and blood biochemical indicator of Acipenser stel-latus with body weight of 412±60 g were studied.Acipenser stellatus were divided into 4 experimental groups and 1 control group randomly;each group was subdivided into 3 replicates of 10 fish per tank.The experimental groups were fed with diet with compound additives and the control group was fed with basic feed with the a-mount of 2.5%of weight.After 30 days constantly feeding experiment followed by 24 h indigestion,the growth, physiological and biochemical indices were determined.The weight gain increased obviously in the groups of compound A and B,the hepatosmatic index increased significantly in the compound D group;the content of to-tal protein increased obviously in the compound A group and the content of albumin increased obviously in the groups of compound A,C,D;the content of UA decreased obviously in the groups of compound B,D and UN in the compound C group;the content of GLU increased obviously in the compound D group;the activity of AST and AKP increased obviously, LDH decreased obviously in the compound B group;the content of TBIL de-creased obviously in the group of compound B,C,D.The experiment results showed that the growth and blood biochemical indicator of Acipenser stellatus improved after feeding the diet with Chinese medicinal herb.关键词
