野生樱桃李叶总黄酮含量测定方法比较研究
Comparison of the Determination Methods for Total Flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves
摘要
Abstract
The total content of flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves was determined by HPLC meth-od,aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite method and aluminum chloride method.The results showed that the total content of flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves was (36.53±0.46)mg/g and (38.27±0.59)mg/g by HPLC method and aluminum chloride method,respectively.The difference of the results determined by the two methods was not significant( P>0.05) .However,the total content of flavonoids determined by aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite method was (49.81±0.70)mg/g,which rather different from the was results of the other two methods.The analysis on mechanism of color development indicated that the aluminum chloride method can e-liminate the interference.This method is simpler and more convenient compared with HPLC method,and has high accuracy and repeatability,and is the most appropriate for the determination of total flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves.关键词
