Abstract
Land transfer was investigated under the background of new urbanization of nine village in Hexi area of Gansu province, which tried to find out the land transfer problems in hexi area, and the government need to develop a system to ensure the farmer’ s survive life.The government should to found specialized paid helping organizations, improve the existing pension sys-tem in rural areas, establish and improve cultural and recreational facilities and rural labor employment service system, then effec-tively address emerging“Three Rural” issues, maximize achieve land transfer target, facilitate the construction of new urbaniza-tion in Hexi area.关键词
