摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the regulation effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on serume brain‐derived neuro‐trophic Factor (BDNF) level in rats with chronic renal failure .Methods 50 SD rats were divided into group A(con‐trol normal group) ,group B(NS intervention CFR model) ,group C (EPO 150 IU /kg/d treatment CRF model) and group D (EPO 450 IU /kg/d treatment CRF model) .HGB ,BNU ,SCr and serume BDNF levels were assayed . Results (1)Compared with control group ,BUN and Scr were significantly increased ,serume BDNF level and HGB were decreased in the CRF model groups(P< 0 .05) ,which indicated the successful establishment of CRF rats model . Compared with group B ,serume BDNF level and HGB were significantly increased in group C and group D .Group C and Group D had significant difference in BDNF expression .Conclusion The serume BDNF level were decreased in CRF rats ,EPO can up‐regulate serume BDNF expression .
