超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞在妇科腹腔镜手术后镇痛及炎性因子的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound‐guided transversus abdominis plane(TAP)block and epidural anesthesia on the efficacy of postoperative analgesia and inflammatory cytokines in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopy .Methods To investigate the effect of ultrasound‐guided transversus abdominis plane(TAP) block and epidural anesthesia on the efficacy of postoperative analgesia and inflammatory cytokines in patients under‐going gynecologic laparoscopy .Results Compared with group E ,the score of VAS at 4 ,8 ,24 h was lower in group T (P< 0 .05)and there was statistically significant between two groups .In addition ,there was no statistically significant between group E and group T in the score of VAS at 48 h .The times of pressing of T group was less than E group and there was statistically significant between two groups .There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidences of nausea and vomiting (P > 0 .05) .Compared with group E ,the concentration of IL‐6 was lower in group T .Conclusion When compared with epidural anesthesia ,ultrasound‐guided TAP block reduces the phlogotic reaction and untoward effect .Morever ,it can improve the efficacy of postoperative analgesia in patients un‐dergoing gynecologic laparoscopy .In addition ,ultrasound‐guided TAP block not only located accurately ,but also had a high rate of success .关键词
