新形势下海南省三甲医院科研状况调查及相关因素研究
Hainan Province top-three hospital scientific research investigation and related factors under the new situation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate hospital scientific research state of top‐three hospital under the new situ‐ation ,and analyze related factors .Methods The questionnaire survey ,field investigation ,literature retrieval method of top three hospital of the province were surveyed .Health technical persons on the job were main investigation ob‐jects ,such as medicine professionals .The research status of each hospital (scientific research personnel manage‐ments ,scientific research scientific ,research into the atmosphere etc .) were understood ,and the influence factors were summarized ,at the same time ,its influence factors were summarized .Results The number and level of scientific research projects had close contact with professional technical personnel degree that were seen by the survey ;The sci‐entific research atmosphere was good in top three hospital of Hainan province ;The whole result showed ,the rate of excellent and good of functional differentiation of scientific research support platform was 77 .78% (7/9) ;The excel‐lent and good rate of experiment equipment was 88 .89% (8/9) ;The rate of excellent and good of scientific research investment was 66 .67% (6/9) ;The rate of excellent and good of reasonable using of funds of scientific research was 77 .78% (7/9) ;The rate of excellent and good of project completion of scientific research was 88 .89% (8/9) ;The ex‐cellent and good rate of the output of scientific research was 88 .89% (8/9) ;The whole condition of nine hospitals was better .Conclusion The general situation of scientific research management of top three hospital in Hainan Province was good ,it should summarize effective experience and make the relevant optimization .关键词
