Abstract
Objective To estimate the clinical value of combined detection of anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti‐ccp)antibody and rheumatoid factor(RF) for the rhenmatoid arthritis .Methods Having collected the serum of 182 patients with rheumatic diseases in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 .With ELISA method measuring CCP and use immunity transmission turbidity to measurement RF ,the results were compared and ana‐lyzed .Results (1)Among the serum of 182 cases of patients ,99 cases were with rheumatoid arthritis ,with median of CCP 4 .20 and RF 392 .83 cases were with non‐rheumatoid diseases ,that with median of CCP 2 .30 and RF 20 .1 .106 cases of healthy control were ,with median of CCP 1 .23 and RF 12 .3 .Compared with non‐rheumatoid diseases ,P>0 .05 and the difference was of no statistical significance ;Compared with rheumatic diseases ,P< 0 .01 and the differ‐ence was of statistical significance ;The level of CCP was obviously higher than ordinary patients .(2)The specificity of RA diagnosed by CCP was 90 .5% ,the specificity of RA diagnosed by RF was 79 .2% ,CCP was higher than RF (P< 0 .05) .The sensitivity of RA detected and diagnosed by the combination of CCP and RF was 71 .4% and the specificity was 96 .2% ,which were higher than respective detection and diagnosis(P< 0 .01) .The sensitivity between CCP and RF was of no statistical significance(P> 0 .05) .The specificity of CCP was higher than that of RF .Conclu‐sion The combined detection of anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rhenmatoid factor was conducive to di‐agnosis and monitoring therapy of the RA .关键词
