Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive postoperative airway nursing on pulmonary infec‐tion prevention in elderly patients undergone abdominal operation .Methods 120 patients were divided as the obser‐vation group that treated from January 2013 toJanuary 2014 ,and 120 patients were recruited into the control group from December 2011 to December 2012 .The control group were treated with normal postoperative nursing pattern , while the observation group were treated with intensive airway secretion and atomization inhalation nursing pattern on the basis of the control group .The 24 h sputum volume after operation ,the incidence rate of pulmonary infection , the hospital stays and the nursing satisfaction of the patients were evaluated .Results 120 patients were divided as the observation group that treated from January 2013 toJanuary 2014 ,and 120 patients were recruited into the control group from December 2011 to December 2012 .The control group were treated with normal postoperative nursing pat‐tern ,while the observation group were treated with intensive airway secretion and atomization inhalation nursing pat‐tern on the basis of the control group .The 24 h sputum volume after operation ,the incidence rate of pulmonary infec‐tion ,the hospital stays and the nursing satisfaction of the patients were evaluated .Conclusion Intensive postopera‐tive airway nursing on elderly patients undergone abdominal operation had satisfying effect of early postoperative spu‐tum discharge ,pulmonary infection prevention ,hospital days reduction ,and the nursing satisfaction improvement .It was worth further promotion in the clinical practice .关键词
