Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of body language communication skills in nursing practice . Methods 100 cases of children was selected from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital ,that were divided into the experimental group and the control group and each group consisted of 50 cases .The control group was given the rou‐tine nursing measures ,and the experimental group were given routine nursing combined with body language commu‐nication skills .Comparative analysis were made in two groups of patients in the nursing process ,the compliance of children and their parents in the care process after the end of the effect of nursing satisfaction degree .Results The compliance of the experimental group (94 .00% ) was significantly higher than the control group (62 .00% ) by using different nursing measures and there were significant difference between them (P< 0 .05) .The satisfaction degree of the experimental group parents (98 .00% ) was significantly higher than the control group (66 .00% ) ,which differ‐ence was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The clinical effect of body language communication skills in the process of implementation of pediatric nursing was very significant ,which greatly increased the compliance of pa‐tients in the nursing process and improved the satisfaction degree of the patients .There ,it can be widely used in clini‐cal practice .关键词
