GBR技术在颌骨囊肿手术中的临床应用观察

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration (GBR) in repairing defects after jaw cyst enucleation. Methods: 50 patients were retrospectively reviewed. After ensuring the cystic jaw defect was not communicated with nasal floor or maxillary sinus after cyst enucleation, hydroxyapatite granules and fresh human venous blood (1∶1 in volume) were used to fill the cyst cavity and covered with biofilm. Results: Panoramic radiography at 6-month postoperation on the density of filling materials showed convergence with the surrounding jaw bone. 12-month after operation, trabecular network structure demonstrated in the filling materials. Conclusion: GBR was safe and effective in repairing defect after jaw cyst enucleation.关键词
