摘要
Abstract
To improve the work of land requisition compensation and resettlement for large and medium-sized water conser-vancy and hydropower projects, the State Council issued the first administrative regulations on resettlement for water conservancy and hydropower projects, namely Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects in 1991 and revised in 2006. Despite its constructive role in standardizing the work of land requisition compensation and resettlement, the regulations becomes unaccommodated to the reality due to the fast develop-ment of the society and economy, and hence needs an evaluation of its implementation effect. The implementation of the regula-tions is evaluated from two indexes:the legislation quality and major framework, and suggestions on the revision of the regulations are proposed according to the problems of the implementation.关键词
