摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of garlicin on the cycle of cervical cancer HeLa cells and its molecular mechanism. Methods HeLa cells cultured in vitro were given different concentrations of garlicin on different time. The effects of garlicin on the proliferation of HeLa cells were measured by WST-8 method,while the effects of garlicin on the cycle of HeLa cells were measured by flow cytometry. After being treated by different concentrations of garlicin for 24 hours,the expression of mRNA protein and β-catenin of HeLa cells were respectively measured by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR ) method and Western blot (Western blot) method. Results Garlicin inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells,and repressed the progress of cell cycle and the expression of key proteinβ-catenin in the cytoplasm. Conclusion Garlicin inhibited the activation of Wnt signal,repressed the expression of key protein β-catenin in the cytoplasm,and thereby prevented the progress of cell cycle and inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of new drugs to prevent and treat cervical cancer.关键词
