Application of Narcotrend Monitor to General Anesthesia
目的：探讨Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪用于丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的优越性。方法100例全麻下行后腹腔镜肾切除的患者,随机分为N组( Narcotrend监测组)、E组(经验给药组)。两组患者均采用丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉,N组术中调整丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼输注速度将NTS维持在D2-E0水平,E组由麻醉医生根据临床体征和经验调节输注速度。结果 N组丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼的平均输注速度小于E组；N组MAP、HR波动较E组更小；N组患者术中NTS…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the superiority of Narcotrend monitor for propofol and remifentanil total intravenous anesthesia. Methods 100 cases of patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy under general anesthesia were divided into group N ( Narcotrend group) and group E( experience delivery group) randomly.
