短效避孕药在未婚女性人工流产术后应用的临床研究
Application of Use of Short-acting Oral Contraceptive Post Abortion in Unmarried Women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To estimate the application and advantages of short-acting combined oral contraceptive ( COC ) post abortion in unmarried women. Methods A total of 235 cases of unmarried women who terminated the pregnant by artificial abortion, were randomly divided into Group A (taking Marvelon after surgery, n=124) and Group B (control group,n=111). Hormone drugs were administrated to patients in Group A immediately after induced abortion for three cycles. Bleeding time, time of menstruation turn over, menstrual disorder, the pregnancy, endometrial thickness and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The time of bleeding and menstruation turn over in group A was less than group B (P<0. 05),the incidences of men-strual disorder in group A was lower than group B (P<0. 05). The time of bleeding, menstruation turn over and the incidences of menstrual disorder in group A was better than those in group B. Conclusion Application of short-acting COC immediately after arti-ficial abortion was reasonable, beneficial and safe in protecting unmarried women’s reproductive health.关键词
