摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of Ji Desheng snake wine mixture for local skin redness, pain, skin tempera-ture increased and tissue degeneration caused by the treatment of fat emulsion intravenous infusion extravasation. Methods 24 cases of fat emulsion intravenous infusion extravasation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was received Ji Desheng snake wine mixture, while the control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate according to the conventional method, comparing two groups of patients’ recovery of pain, swelling and degeneration of local skin. Results The time of pain relief, local skin swelling subsided and the recovery of the modified skin in treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ji Desheng snake wine mixture causing local skin redness, pain and symptoms of tissue necrosis were obviously superior to magnesium sulfate in the treatment of fat emulsion intravenous infusion ex-travasation.关键词
