牛粪肥和贝壳肥对肥城桃内在品质的影响
The Effect of Cow Dung and Shell Fertilizer on the Intrinsic Quality of Feicheng Peach Fruit

Abstract
In recent years, the excessive use of fertilizer and degeneration of variety resulted in fruit flavor and quality drop in Feicheng peach. Peach trees were treated with different concentration of shell fertilizer and cow dung (20 kg/strain, 40 kg/strain and 80 kg/strain) and the concentration of 0 kg/strain was used as a control(CK). The results indicated that the effect of cow dung treatment>shell fertilizer treatment>CK according the content of sucrose and total sugar, furthermore, 40 kg/strain cow fertilizer treatment showed the best effect. Organic fertilizer treatment could significantly reduce the content of oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid and succinic acid. The result of acid-sugar ratio showed 40 kg/strain and 80 kg/strain cow dung treatment was better than other treatments. 42 aromatic compounds were identified from the peach fruit treated with cow dung and 32 aromatic compounds were identified from the peach fruit treated with shell fertilizer, each of them was more than 24 and 14 than CK. In addition, a kind of aromatic compounds-terpenes was identified in this two treatments which was not identified in CK. Organic fertilizer could improve the types and content of characteristic aroma, and the effect of 40 kg/strain cow fertilizer treatment was better than others. The effect of cow dung in improving Feicheng peach fruit intrinsic quality was better than shell fertilizer, and 40 kg/strain cow dung treatment was the best fertilizer levels. Therefore, a certain amount of cattle manure could improve the quality of Feicheng peach and shell fertilizer didn’t apply to Feicheng peach.关键词
