猪圆环病毒2型 LAMP 可视化快速检测方法的研究OACSCDCSTPCD
Visual rapid detection of porcine circovirus type 2 by a loop-mediated isothermal amplification assay
本研究旨在建立有效的针对猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）的诊断技术及开发试剂盒。采用环介导等温扩增方法（LAMP）检测猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2），对 PCV2的 ORF2基因设计出3对特异性引物，扩增 PCV2基因的最佳温度和时间优化到59℃孵育55 min。用该方法对临床样品进行检测，LAMP 检测对 PCV2的检测限为10拷贝？μL，而常规 PCR 检测法的检测限为1000拷贝？μL，表明 LAMP 检测法灵敏度高。该检测法不会与猪圆环病毒Ⅰ型、猪…查看全部>>
