分光光度法测定灵芝中总三萜含量方法探讨
Discussion on the determination of total triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum by spectrophotometry

Abstract
Total triterpenoid content in fruit body,mycelium and spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC respectively,which showed that total triterpenoid content measured by different methods was quite different.The color reaction results of vanillin perchloric acid with different Gano-derma lucidum acid standard and oleic acid,ergosterol showed that the optimal absorption wavelengths of different Ganoderma lucidum acids are 530—550 nm.The measured value at 550 nm was quite different,especially the determination values of Ganoderma lucidum acid A,B and C with high content were seriously low,and the interfering substances of oleic acid and ergosterol had serious interference on the determination value.The results show that the determination value of total triterpene content in Ganoderma lucidum by spectrophotometry could not accurately reveal the actual total triterpene content of Ganoderma lucidum,which was not suitable for the determination of total triterpene content of Ganoderma lucidum.关键词
