摘要

Abstract

A mutant strain S01 5-P34 was selected from a wild lomofungin-producing Streptomyces lomonden-sis strain S01 5 through mutagenesis induced by phenzine-1 -catboxylic acid (PCA),and its lomofungin yield reached(1 06.0 ±4.4)mg?L and 3.2 times of the wild strain’s;Mutant strains S01 5-R6 and S01 5-G1 1 were se-lected from the strain S01 5 through mutagenesis induced by rifampicin and gentamicin antibiotics,and their lomo-fungin yields were respectively(1 03.4 ±0.1 )mg?L and(81 .2 ±2.5)mg?L and respectively 3.2 times and 2.5 times of the wild strain’s;The PCA-induced mutagenesis was combined with the rifampicin-induced mutagenesis and a mutant strain S01 5-R6-46 was obtained,with the lomofungin yield being(1 68.0 ±2.2)mg?L and 5.1 times of the wild strain’s.The optimization of S01 5-R6-46 culture medium showed that the lomofungin yield could reach(258.7 ±5.7)mg?L via addition of 0.1 mmol?L FeCl3 .The above experimental results could be used for reference in induced mutation and selection of streptomycete strains producing high phenazine yields.
