Abstract
Pilot project of Quanzhou drought monitoring system is an important part of Quanzhou Drought Mitigation Decision Support System. Drought information of various drought monitoring stations can be collected, transmit to drought analysis system by GPRS/GSM in real time to determine drought conditions quickly and accurately. And the corresponding drought plans are provided as a scientific basis for the implementation of comprehensive drought. The article introduces pros and cons of pilot project construction about Quanzhou drought monitoring system, and analyzes its application value of the system in the field of water conservation in-depth for providing reserence for other similar projects.关键词
