Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of music therapy on the emotion,language,behavior and social skills in children with autism.Methods:It searched CNKI,Wan Fang database,CBM,VIP.The “autistic chil-dren”or “autistic children”,“music therapy”or“music therapy”were selected as the search words.The litera-tures included randomized controlled trials (RCT)study.It used RevMan5.1 to carry out Meta analysis.Re-sults:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the 6 randomized controlled studies were included final-ly,a total of 300 cases of patients.Meta analysis showed that music therapy could improve the mood of children with autism (RR=3.02,95%CI 1.93~4.1 1,Z =5.45,P <0.000 01),behavior (RR=7.36,95%CI 4.28~10.44, Z =4.69,P <0.000 01).It can also enhance the language (RR=4.05,95% CI was 3.38~4.73,Z =1 1.71,P <0.000 01),perception (RR=4.62,95% CI is 1.55 ~ 7.69 sense,Z =2.95,P = 0.003)and social skills (RR=4.66,95% CI was 1.90 to 7.42.Z =3.31,P =0.0009)of autistic children.Conclusion:Music therapy could im-prove the emotion,language,sensory perception,behaviors and social skills in children with autism.关键词
