Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of self efficacy,coping style and quality of life in patients with permanent intestinal stoma,analyze the correlation between variables,and probe into the action mechanism of coping style in self efficacy and quality of life.Methods:A total of 140 outpatients with intestinal stoma received the survey by using medical coping style questionnaire,self efficacy scale and quality of life of patients with sto-ma scale.Results:The 3 dimension scores in medical coping style scale were respectively 1 9.20 ±4.22 of con-frontation,1 6.50±3.48 of avoidance,10.70 ±3.5 1 of surrender.The self efficacy score in stoma patients was 86.60±12.85,the quality of life score of stoma patients was 41.90 ±10.54;the self efficacy,coping style and quality of life were pairwise correlated;the self efficacy of patients with permanent intestinal stoma could affect the quality of life by influencing coping style.Conclusion:Nursing personnel need to attach importance to the mediating role of coping style when they expected to improve the quality of life of patients with permanent in-testinal stoma,and gave the targeted psychological intervention on the basis of a comprehensive assessment to help patients to take the right coping style.关键词
