摘要
Abstract
The “vulnerability interdependence” is the typical feature of “asymmetric interdependence”. Yet there are differences in the use and interpretation of this concept among scholars, some scholars would see“vulnerability interdependence” the same as“dependence”;there are also differences in the relation-ship of “vulnerability interdependence” with “power”.Correct understanding of “vulnerability interde-pendence” is of great significance to understand the complexity of the contemporary international relations. On the one hand, there is“interdependence” among states which determines the possibility of international cooperation among states.On the other hand, the“vulnerability” means that the two sides are in an une-qual position, both sides are unequal in benefit and cost, which also determines that there are conflicts and disputes of interest among states, and even the possibility of war.Therefore, if“interdependence” is exag-gerated, people would think“the contradiction and conflict of interests between countries have been out of date”;if“vulnerability” is exaggerated, people would think the world is still in a potential“state of war”.关键词
