摘要
Abstract
Since the Fukushima nuclear accident, sudden changes in Japan's energy environment have led to rapid expansion of its power's supply and demand gap.Against such backdrop, Japanese government was forced to accelerate the reform of its power system, with the hope of improving energy self-sufficiency and promoting a new round of industrial restructuring and upgrading. For these reasons, Japanese government has already promoted the implementation of reform in power system by various measures, such as amending and improving relative institutional framework, establishing new management and coordinative institution, and developing diversified generating mode.In view of this, development trend of Japan's power system will have new characteristics including diversified development, increasing market factors, governmental cen-tralized management, enhanced governmental coordination and stronger linkage between power system and relative industries.关键词
