Abstract
Risk control is the important step of project management.It goes through the whole process of the project construction.Whether risks of overseas engineering project can be controlled scientifically and effectively is significant to realize objectives of cost, progress and quality control for example.After the current status of overseas engineering projects managed by domestic enterprises is analyzed, in the pa-per, the risk control organization of overseas engineering project is designed based on the theory of the project management organization struc-ture.Furthermore, team management and safety guard measures for risk control of overseas engineering project are raised to secure the effi-cient operation of the risk management organization of overseas engineering project.关键词
