电化学辅助制备锌基超疏水表面
Electrochemically Assisted Construction of Superhydrophobic Surface on Zinc Substrate
摘要
Abstract
A simple one‐step electrodeposition process was developed for the fabrication of the super‐hydro‐phobic surface on the substrate of zinc .The morphology and hydrophobicity of the prepared surface were care‐fully studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the contact angle meter .The influence of electrolysis time and concentration of the electrolyte (the ethanol solution of myristic acid) and the anticorrosive properties were studied .The results showed that the surface which possessed high water contact angle and excellent an‐ticorrosive properties could be fabricated with the electrolysis time of 60 min and the electrolyte of 0 0.1 mol/L .关键词
