GDX2和FOCKE701硬盒包装机硬盒包装纸压痕参数的设计
Design of fold line parameters of blank for GDX2 and Focke701 hard packer

Abstract
The differences of fold lines pressed on packet blanks influence the packaging quality and the adaptability of blanks to packers, a set of parameters relevant to fold lines on blanks for GDX2 and Focke701 hard packers were designed via analyzing the process of package formation in packer and the effects of blank die cutting on packet forming. The results of experiments showed that the main parameters included the width, shape and stiffness of fold lines, their optimal data were: 1.2 mm in width, pointed in shape in the fiber direction, round in shape in the direction perpendicular to paper fiber, the ideal stiffness ranging from 50 to 60 g·cm at FT/FU, B/BT, F/G, F/L positions, and from 15 to 25 g·cm at BT/RW positions. The results of practical running indicated that the rate of cigarette packets with defects caused by blank folding reduced from 3 and 3.1 to 0.1 packet/machine per day for GDX2 and FCOKE701 hard packers, respectively. The proper fold line parameters promote the adaptability of blanks to packers.关键词
