Process Optimization Study of Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Amino Acid from the Red Gastrodia Elata Blume

摘要

Abstract

The best process of extracting Amino Acids from Gastrodia elata blume was investigated. The optimum extraction process had been done by taking the extraction rate of amino acid as examined index, the single factor and orthogonal experiment was done based on the testing extraction time,extraction tempera-ture,proportions between stating material and Ethanol volume fraction.The results demonstrated that the op-timal process is as follows:extraction time of 60 min;extraction temperature of 45 ℃;ethanol volume frac-tion of 60%;starting material and solvent of 1 ∶40(g/mL).Under those conditions,De jiang amino acid content in different varieties of gastrodia elata blumes were determined.
